This is a base rate for us to get the products in from the warehouse to brand and then to ship to you.

For most orders that can fit in to a large satchel, this base freight price will cover your order.

If your order is to be dispatched in a box, boxes or multiple stachels and or locations, we will need to recalculate the freight manually.

If you have a new logo for set up, please be sure to add the New Embroidery or Print Fee by clicking the button above the cart.

If you are a repeat customer needing branding and exceed our small order limit, you do not need to press it.

If you are ordering fewer than 10 units for either embroidery or printing, please click the small order fee for your order to proceed.

Unlike most Uniform, Workwear and Merchandise companies, we have invested heavily in to our own embroidery and print machines to ensure that our customers get the orders as quickly as possible and to the highest standards.

The initial set up fee covers the cost of us converting your logo in to a digitise logo for our embroiery machines to read.

This is a specialised service which we outsource. This also enables us to get back your digitised logo quicker.

Once we have your logo, we have to set it up on to our machine along with the threads which can take up to one hour per logo.

Should yoou require a second sample, we do need to charge the $25 fee which covers our staff labour time.

For Print orders we will provide a digital mock up to show how the logo will sit on the garment. This is not a true to scale image but more for placement and concept.

We do not sample printing on to actual garments unless you are ordering over 500 units.

Honestly, we would love to be able to send out samples to everyone that asks but unfortunately, this would be a very expensive procedure both financially and for time.
